Lowry City Community Betterment held their Community Christmas event at the city’s civic center on Saturday evening, Dec. 7. The event featured the lighting of the outdoor tree, measuring 26-feet tall, dinner and dessert, live music, a silent auction with an array of items up for grabs, and visits with the big man in red - Santa Claus.
This was one of many public events LCCB hosts throughout the year with proceeds to benefit future events and community projects.
