Appleton City High School freshman and sophomore students had the opportunity to attend the Industrial Sciences and Technology Career Day at the University of Central Missouri. On the following Monday, a group of juniors and seniors participated in campus tours of Ozarks Tech Community College and Missouri State University.
These experiences, combined with ongoing support from their school counselor and rootEd advisor, help ensure that students are informed about the diverse pathways available to achieve their long-term academic and career goals.
