The 7th annual Farm to Fork Summit & Expo, hosted by West Central Missouri Community Action Agency’s New Growth, will take place on Friday, March 7, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Nevada Community Center (Nevada). The event connects Midwest farmers, food producers, buyers, and advocates to assist in strengthening the local food supply chain. Sessions will cover diverse topics from marketing to financing, such as selling through regional food hubs to using Artificial Intelligence (AI) for small businesses. Participants will also be treated to a locally-sourced lunch. Tickets, available online, are $45 or $50 at the door, with discounts available for beginning farmers with less than 10 years of experience.
